Authorization & Limits
Your company will tell you what limits you have on the card. The card will only authorize a transaction if you are within your company’s guidelines. The card works like a traditional credit card only you may be asked for certain information while processing the transaction. This can be information such as your vehicle number, employee number–whatever your company has requested.

Where can I use my Midas Fleet Services Corporate Fleet Card?

The Midas Fleet Services Corporate Fleet Card is accepted at all participating Midas locations, major fuel retailers, cardlocks and most truck stops and travel centers. However, your company may want you to purchase fuel only at certain locations. This will be communicated to you, and any effort to use the card outside that network will be denied and/or reported to your card administrator.

How is this card different from my personal credit card?

Your company has decided to use this Midas Fleet Services Corporate Fleet Card to manage and control maintenance, repairs and fuel purchases. Controls have been set on the card which will be communicated to you by your company. Any attempt to use the card outside those limits–including for personal use–will be denied and/or reported to your card administrator.

What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?

As soon as you are aware of a missing card, call our Customer Service center at 1–800–741–4040 and your card will be canceled immediately. Then call your card administrator to explain the situation and request a new card.
